Why can't I log into my cPanel or webmail?
If you are attempting to access your cPanel or webmail from an office building or hotel, you should be aware that many businesses have a firewall setup to block access to the ports required for cPanel, and webmail to load. These ports are 2086 and 2087. Ask the IT Dept to remove these blocks from their firewall. If this cannot be achieved, it will be necessary to login from a location that does not have the ports blocked.
