Yes, you can upgrade at any time. It is free to upgrade and the only change in your fees would be the price difference in the plan you upgrade to. For example, if you started with a "Solo Plan" @ $19.00 annually and you wished to upgrade to the "Duo Plan" @ $29.00 annually, you would pay an additional $10.00 . Consideration will be given in cases where the update date is near the end of the current plan's term.
